Chatbot Templates

Our support team regularly creates and updates chatbot templates to simplify your bot-building experience.

When selecting a template, ensure that the template description aligns with your goals for the bot. A pop-up modal will prompt you to give your new bot a name and description. This name and description is only visible within the system, site visitors will not see this.

Once in the bot builder, you will want to customize the messaging to match your brand voice and the interests of your site visitors.

Question

Update message text and button response options. For more information, see Question Skill

Message

Update message text. For more information, see Message Skill

Live Chat

Update message text (will be sent while waiting for agent to enter the chat conversation) and select agents or teams to route to the conversation. For more information, see Live Chat Skill

Calendar Invite

Update message text (will be sent along with the calendar modal in chat) and select the agent or team whose calendar you want to present to visitors. Select also the meeting type you wish to offer site visitors. For more information, see Calendar Invite Skill

Alert Agent

Select the agent(s) or team(s) you want to send an alert to. For more information, see Alert Agent Node

Email Capture

Update the question text when asking for a site visitor's email. Select which types of emails are unwanted and update the number of times you want the bot to try to get their email before moving on. For more information, see Email Capture Skill

Phone Capture

Update the question text when asking for a site visitor's phone number. Select a default country code and update the number of times you want the bot to try to get their phone number before moving on. For more information, see Phone Capture Skill

Tag Conversation

Update the tags you want to add to the conversation. These are useful for tracking and analyzing conversation data, especially for high-volume sites. For more information, see Tag Conversation Skill
