Availability Toggle

This guide will show you how to adjust your availability toggle in Signals.

Go to app.getsignals.ai

1. Introduction

First, log in to your Signals account.

2. Navigate to "Chat"

Navigate to the "Chat" section in the left sidebar.
Navigate to 'Chat'

3. Toggle availability here:

You can adjust your chat availability (i.e., whether you will be routed into conversations) at the top-right portion of the Chat page. When this option is toggled to Unavailable, chats will not be routed to you.
