When working with software products, most of us – if not all of us – have needed tech support. Almost all of us – if not all of us – have wished the product had a feature it did not. Almost all of us – if not all of us – have encountered a product bug. Fortunately, our system makes it easy for you in all of these situations.
This support page explains how you can easily contact customer support to communicate those issues quickly.
Contacting Support / Submitting Feature Requests
If you would like to contact tech support or submit a feature request, you can simply select the question mark icon at the bottom-left portion of your account:
Doing this will open a menu offering quick access to live chat support and a couple other common resources.
When requesting customer support, product specialists are also online from 8:30 AM to 5 PM Mountain time M-F for customer support chat. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions!
