Close and Delete Conversations
Conversations auto-close after a specified time of inactivity - to edit your auto-close wait time, see Auto-Close Conversations.
Manually closing or deleting conversations
- Click the hamburger menu in the top right corner of the chat window.
- This will open a dropdown menu with options to:
- Close conversation
- Delete conversation
- Closing the conversation will allow conversation data to sync to CRM
- Deleted conversations cannot be recovered, so only delete conversations that you're sure you won't need
