High Intent and Blocked Pages

This guide will explore how to configure high-intent and blocked pages within Signals.

Go to app.getsignals.ai

1. Introduction

Let's start with specifying which pages on your website are "high-intent." This setup is required for easier page filtering in PlayMaker and creating alerts based on visits to specific pages.
Introduction

2. Click "Settings"

First, click on your Profile in the bottom left corner, then click Settings.
Click 'Settings'

3. Go to "High-Intent Pages"

Navigate to Org Settings, then go to "High Intent Pages" which is around the middle of the drop down menu.
Go to 'High-Intent Pages'

4. Select "Add High-Intent Page Category"

Now, select "Add High-Intent Page Category" at the top right of your screen. In the subsequent pop-up modal, give your category a name like "Pricing" or "Demo Request." Then click "Create Category" on the bottom right.
Select 'Add High-Intent Page Category'

5. Add URLs

Underneath each category, add the corresponding URLs by clicking "Add URL." You can delete URLs using the purple "x" button to the right of the URL, or delete the category altogether with the trash can icon next to the category name.

6. Click "Blocked Pages"

Additionally, you can also block pages that you never want your chatbots to fire on. To do this, click on the "Blocked Pages" tab under Org Settings on the left half of your screen.
Click 'Blocked Pages'

7. Add URLs

Add your URLs here. On these pages, new conversations will not be initiated and the chat window will be closed for existing conversations. When you're finished, don't forget to hit "Save Settings" on the top right of your screen.

8. Go to "Page Checker"

Now, click the Page Checker tab at the top of your screen toward the center.
