Troubleshooting Installation
This guide will assist you in accessing different settings to resolve installation issues.
Go to app.getsignals.ai
1. Introduction
First, log in to your Signals account.
2. Click on your Profile
Click on your name in the bottom-left corner.
3. Navigate to "Settings"
Navigate to "Settings."
4. Click "Org Settings"
Select "Org Settings" on the second sidebar.
5. Select "Installation"
Click on "Installation."
6. Click "Troubleshooting"
Access the "Troubleshooting" tab.
7. Type in your domain name
Type in your domain name and hit enter. Be sure to take out http://www.
This tool will check the exact URL you enter. If you'd like to check a certain page's status, please enter the full URL for that page.

Clicking on a selection will take you to the associated section of the platform to fix any errors.
