Troubleshooting Installation

Check if the code is installed properly:

  • Profile (bottom left corner) > Settings > Org Settings > Installation

  • In the troubleshooting tab, type the domain name and hit enter. Be sure to take out "http://www."

Example: ‘getsignals.ai’ is correct vs ‘https://getsignals.ai’ is incorrect.

  • This tool will check the exact URL that you enter. If you'd like to check a certain page's status, please enter the full URL for that page.

  • Clicking on a selection will take you to the associated section of the platform to fix any errors.
