Onboarding.

This video will explain the onboarding and phone number features for your Cloud Employee

1. Select Onboarding

First, navigate to the cloud employee tab on the left side of the screen. Then select the onboarding tab at the top middle of the screen.

2. Onboarding Instructions

Here you will see the onboarding textbox. In this box you can introduce your cloud employees to your companies identity and objectives. This information will broadly apply to all of your cloud employees. Great information to put here includes overview of your company, context for where you are in your industry etc.

3. Add documentation

Below, you will see the onboarding documents section. Here you can provide any documentation that you choose, to provide context and instructions for your cloud employees. When you select on the add+ button near the right side of the box, you will see and "upload document" popup. Here you can enter in text or you can upload files.

4. Select Phone Numbers

To access phone number information for your cloud employees, navigate to the Phone Numbers tab next to the Onboarding tab on the cloud employee section. The Phone Number is the last tab at the top of the page.

5. Select Phone Numbers

On this page, you can see all of your phone numbers, and which cloud employees those phone numbers are attached too. To edit this information, click on the add button next to the search bar in the middle of the page.

6. Add Phone Number

On the Add Phone Number pop up, you can enter a phone number, an area code, name, and then choose which cloud employees this phone number is assigned too. You can select from the drop downs underneath inbound and outbound employees. Remember to hit save when you are finished.
