This guide will walk you through the process of managing your coaching for the AI Cloud Employee in Signals Note: Both coaching and training are used as terms to describe the same thing. I will use coaching in this video

1. Add coaching

To train your cloud employee, there are 2 options. The first is to train your Cloud Employee as you review your chat conversations. Go to "Chat" in the left sidebar, select your desired conversation, and input your notes in the "AI Coaching" tab on the right.

2. Pin AI Training

If you don't see the card for AI Coaching, you may not have it pinned. To pin, click on "Edit Cards" in the upper-right corner, find "AI Training," then click to pin.

3. Coaching Instructions

When coaching your employee, it is not aware of the specific context of the chat where you are adding the coaching. For example, if you are reviewing your chats, and you see that your cloud employee asked the visitor more than one question, you cannot add coaching that says "do not do this again". The cloud employee will not know what to do with that information. Rather, coach it by saying "When you are having a conversation with a visitor, do not ask the visitor more than one question at a time."

4. Access coaching through the individual cloud employee

The next method to add coaching is through the individual Cloud employee's profile. First, click on the cloud employee tab on the left side of the screen. Then click on the cloud employee that you want to coach.

5. Select Training

Then click on the training tab at the top right of the screen

6. Coaching HQ

This is the coaching library for all of the coaching you have added. All of the individual coaching statements you have made will appear hear. You can add additional coaching by clicking on the Give Coaching Tab at the top right of the screen. You can view an individual chat where that coaching was originally added by clicking view. You can choose to edit or delete the coaching as well.

7. Extra chat history

If you scroll down, you can see more conversation review. Here you can add coaching just like you can in the chat section of the website. You can also review all of the chats that your particular cloud employee has had.
