Adding Participants

Enhance your employee training by mastering the process of adding participants to conversations in Agent Chat

Go to app.chatfunnels.com

1. Introduction

First, log in to your Signals account and click on "Chat" in the left sidebar.

2. Click here

To add a teammate to a conversation, click "add users to conversation" in the text bar (second icon from the left).

3. Click on a teammate

This will pull up a modal showing current participants and a list of teammates you can add to the conversation. Add a teammate to the conversation by clicking their name in the list.

4. Add yourself to the conversation here:

If you aren't currently noted as a participant in the conversation, add yourself to the conversation by clicking "Join Conversation" in the top right corner of the pop up window.

5. Click "Leave Conversation"

If you're already added as a participant, click "Leave Conversation" in the top right corner of the pop up window.
Click 'Leave Conversation'
