Tabs and Default Views

This guide will explain the different types of default views in your Dashboard.

Go to app.getsignals.ai

1. Introduction

First, log in to your Signals account. You'll be taken automatically to your Dashboard.
Introduction
The "Trending Accounts" tab shows accounts that have shown increased activity and engagement over the last 30-days. It also filters out accounts that are snoozed, accounts that have a closed opportunity and no open opportunities, and accounts without an engagement score or with an engagement score of 0.
Click 'Trending Accounts'

3. Click "Potential Accounts"

Potential Accounts are companies that were recently on your site but aren't in your CRM yet. If you're not using a Signals-supported CRM, this will still populate with all accounts that Signals recognises on the website.
Click 'Potential Accounts'

4. Click "Recently Seen"

The Recently Seen view shows all CRM accounts of any type or opportunity stage that have been on your website in the last 30 days. Your own domain will be filtered out of this and all other views.
Click 'Recently Seen'

5. Click "Ideal Customers"

Ideal Customers shows all companies that match your ICP and have been on the website recently.
Click 'Ideal Customers'
