Overview

The Signals Integrations page provides access to connect Signals with various third-party platforms and tools to extend functionality, automate workflows, and sync data across your business systems. Integrations are organized into categories: Advertising, Analytics, Automation, Communication, CRM, SSO, and Support.

Accessing Integrations

Navigate to Settings > Integrations to view and manage all available integrations.

If you're using a CRM that's not yet supported by Signals, you can provide feedback using the "YES" button to request support for your specific CRM platform.

Purpose: CRM integration and data synchronization

Description: Use Salesforce for account ownership, segment creation and send new leads and contacts to Salesforce from Signals. This comprehensive integration enables bi-directional data sync between Signals and Salesforce.

Integration Setup

To configure an integration:

Navigate to Settings > Integrations

Browse or search for the desired integration

Click on the integration card

Follow the authentication and configuration steps

Configure sync settings and preferences

Test the integration to ensure proper connection

Managing Active Integrations

View active integrations by clicking "Active" in the MANAGE section. Active integrations display their current status and can be reconfigured or disconnected as needed.

Best Practices

Start with Core Integrations: Connect your CRM first to establish the foundation for account data

Enable Notifications: Set up Slack or Teams for real-time engagement alerts

Sync Analytics Data: Connect Google Analytics or Domo for comprehensive reporting

Automate with Zapier: Use Zapier to connect Signals to specialized tools

Review Data Flow: Regularly check that data is syncing correctly between systems

Maintain Data Hygiene: Ensure consistent data standards across integrated platforms

Troubleshooting

If an integration isn't working:

Verify authentication credentials are current

Check that required permissions are granted

Review integration settings for correct configuration

Test the connection using the platform's diagnostic tools
