How it works

The reports in this section are based on Task, Contact, and Opportunity data in SFDC. Conversation data is stored in the Task object, then looks at the related Contacts and Opportunities to figure out what was influenced and/or sourced by Signals.

Reports

ROI Overview

This section includes 5 cards holding summary reports for a date range. The default date range is 1 year, but can be updated by clicking the date range in the top left corner.

Pipeline: shows how much of your pipeline over the given date range Signals has influenced

Top Opportunities: shows a summary of top opportunities influenced by Signals within the given date range

Sales Cycle: shows how fast deals influenced by Signals closed on average over the selected time period

Closed Won: shows what percentage of your closed won opportunities within the given date range were influenced by Signals

Top Deals: highlights top deals that Signals influenced within the given date range.

Pipeline Influenced

Shows a timeline of pipeline influenced by Signals, broken down by opportunity type. Adjust the focus of the report by clicking an opportunity type above the timeline to either exclude or include it in the report.

Pipeline Sourced

Shows a timeline of pipeline sourced by Signals, broken down by opportunity type. Adjust the focus of the report by clicking an opportunity type above the timeline to either exclude or include it in the report.

Closed Won

Shows a timeline of deals closed won by Signals, broken down by opportunity type. Adjust the focus of the report by clicking an opportunity type above the timeline to either exclude or include it in the report.
