Search and Review
Search and Review
Navigate to "Search and Review" by clicking under "Conversations" at the top of the Conversation Views window.
Search based on the following criteria:
- Visitor name or email - search for specific visitors by name or email
- Visitor domain - search for specific companies by domain
- Agents - search for all chats with a specific agent (or group of agents)
- Bots - search for all chats with a specific bot (or group of bots)
- Channels - search for all chats with a specific channel
- Tags - search for all chats that include a specific tag (or group of tags)
- Events - search for chats by event:
- Calendar dropped, meeting booked, or email captured
- Conversation Status - narrow your search to include only open (or closed) conversations

Once you've set your search criteria, scroll down to click the purple "Search" button at the bottom right.
To return to Conversation Views, click "Conversations" above "Search and Review" at the top of the Conversation Views window.
