Performance Card


This card tracks your individual chat agent performance.

  • Select a time frame from the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the card
    • Options are: today, this week, or last 30 days
  • View your ranking in the following:
    • Response Time - average time elapsed from when you were routed until you send your first message in chat
    • Email capture rate - emails captured per conversation you responded in
    • Total Conversations - all conversations you were routed to
    • Response Rate - number of conversations you responded to, divided by total conversations you were routed to
    • Meeting Booked Rate - meetings booked per conversation you responded to
  • View your statistics in each of these fields to the right of your ranking
