Performance Card
Performance
This card tracks your individual chat agent performance.
- Select a time frame from the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the card
- Options are: today, this week, or last 30 days
- View your ranking in the following:
- Response Time - average time elapsed from when you were routed until you send your first message in chat
- Email capture rate - emails captured per conversation you responded in
- Total Conversations - all conversations you were routed to
- Response Rate - number of conversations you responded to, divided by total conversations you were routed to
- Meeting Booked Rate - meetings booked per conversation you responded to
- View your statistics in each of these fields to the right of your ranking
