Overview
Send an email to site visitors based on chatbot conversation outcomes.
Note: Before adding this skill to your chatbot, make sure you've completed the following steps:
- Enable email sends (see Email Settings)
- Create an email template (see Bot Emails)

Adding a send email skill
- Insert a send email skill
- Edit the skill to select an email (or create a new one)
- Optionally add a delay and/or an email capture
- Save and close
