Funnel Bot Settings
Overview
Manage the bot prompt size, UTM parameters (funnel links), and bot activation frequency on a per-bot basis.
Accessing Bot Settings
Navigate to Bot Management > click the bot whose settings you want to edit > navigate to the Settings tab.
Prompt Size
There are three options for chatbot prompt size:
- Mini Prompt (this is the default size for mobile visitors because it's the least intrusive on a smaller screen)
- Large Pop-up
- Full Chat
FunnelLinks (UTM parameters) and Button Triggers
Enter the text you'd like to include in the bot's UTM parameter, or the CSS class selector of the button you'd like the bot to fire from. Remember to hit save!
Bot activation frequency
Options include:
- Every matching page load
- One time per session (30 minutes)
- Only once per visitor
