This guide will walk you through the process of managing your coaching for the AI BDR in Signals.
Go to app.getsignals.ai
1. Click "Settings"
To start, click on your Profile in the bottom left corner, then click "Settings."
2. Go to "AI Content"
Navigate to "Org Settings," then go to AI Content.
3. Hit "Add Coaching"
To add coaching notes for your AI BDR, hit "Add Coaching" in the upper right corner.
4. Input notes
Enter or upload text that you want to use to coach your AI model. You can train it on things like tone corrections, FAQs, URLs of Pages you want to prioritise, etc. Click "Save Coaching."
5. Hover to edit/delete
Hover over any coaching note to edit or delete, or click "Go to conversation" to be brought to the conversation that the note is referencing.
6. Add coaching in a conversation
To train the AI BDR on a specific conversation, go to "Chat" in the left sidebar, select your desired conversation, and input your notes in the "AI Coaching" tab on the right.
7. Pin AI Training
If you don't see the card for AI Coaching, you may not have it pinned. To pin, click on "Edit Cards" in the upper-right corner, find "AI Training," then click to pin.
