Integration Settings

Here you can select which integrations to enable for various features.

Campaign Enrollment

Select one of your enabled integrations to use when enrolling contacts into email campaigns.

This feature can be accessed through the "Create Contact" skill in the Bot Builder, or through the "Add to Campaign" skill in Plays.

The integration will pull a list of campaigns from your chosen integration as options for enrollment within these two skills.

ABE Account/Opportunity Sync

Select either Salesforce or HubSpot and hit "Save" in the top right corner to initiate the account sync. This will pull all accounts with open or recent opportunities into your account list.

Knowledgebase

Select either HelpDocs or Zendesk to sync articles to the FAQ Database.

Ticketing

Select Zendesk to enable the ticketing feature.
