The Alert Agent Skill can be used to alert an agent, a group of agents, or a team about a visitor's interactions on your website. This support page explains how to set up a Alert Agent Skill when creating or editing your play, as well as the several options available.

Using the Alert Agent Skill

This skill is commonly used when a visitor reaches a high intent page and agents need to be alerted to prepare them for a possible live chat, or when a repeat visitor returns to the website, and the agent in charge of the visitor's account needs to be notified.
