Funnel Bot Performance

Overview

Within the bot builder, the performance tab provides insights into key metrics for that specific chatbot over time.

Access the performance tab

Navigate to Bot Management > Select a bot > Switch to the "Performance" tab.

Using the date filter

Select a date range to view metrics for that time frame.

Note: the default date range is the last 7 days.
