Domains
Accessing the Domains Settings
Navigate to Domains, under Settings > Chat Settings > Chat Settings
There are three options in this section: Website Domain Approval List, Blocked Domains, and Content Page Settings.
Website Domain Approval List
Any domain not included in this list will not be able to fire chatbots, track website traffic, or use any of the tools in PlayRunner. Be sure to add any domain that has the Signals script installed to this list in order to activate the script.
Blocked Domains
All domains on this list will be excluded from:
- Showing on the dashboard
- Reporting
Content Pages Settings
Signals will create a subdomain for hosting interactive PDF content.
Note: Once set, this subdomain cannot be edited.
