How to map custom fields to the CRM
Follow this 3-step process to automatically map custom fields from Signals to the CRM:
- Create custom fields in the Contacts tab
- Use bot skills to automatically fill these fields through chat
- Map response to contact attribute within a Question skill to populate your custom field with a visitor's answer to a question
- Set contact attribute within a Conversation Goal skill to map hidden fields to the CRM
- Map your custom fields to CRM in the integrations page.
