Create Contact Skill
Overview
Using the create contact skill allows you to specify a campaign or list for contacts to be added to from each specific bot.

Adding a create contact skill
- Insert a create contact skill
- Edit the skill to select the campaign you want contacts to be added to
- Save and close
Note: The list of campaigns will be pulled from your Campaign Enrollment integration. Update this selection in the Integration Settings Page by clicking the button within the Create Contact Skill.
Using the Create Contact Skill
Keep in mind, contacts are automatically created whenever a site visitor provides contact information in a chatbot. These contacts are sent over to your specified integrations automatically. The only time you need to use the Create Contact skill is if you want to specify that contacts be sent to a different list/campaign than the default you have set up.
