All Categories > Settings > Chat Settings > Chat Settings > Auto-Close Conversations
Conversations will be automatically closed after a designated period of time elapses since the most recent message was sent in chat. You can define that time period by navigating to Settings > Chat Settings > Chat Settings, and then scrolling down to click "Auto-close conversations."
In the dropdown, select your preferred wait time before automatically closing conversations.
