AI BDR

This guide will explain Signals' AI bot and how to set it up.

Go to app.getsignals.ai

1. Introduction

First, log in to your Signals account.

2. Navigate to "Engagement"

Navigate to the "Engagement" tab in the left sidebar.

3. Select "chatbots"

Select the "Chatbots" tab.
Select 'chatbots'

4. Go to "New Bot"

Go to "New Bot" in the upper-right corner.
Go to 'New Bot'

5. Click "BDR AI Agent"

Click on "BDR AI Agent."
Click 'BDR AI Agent'

6. Click "Chatbot name"

Name your AI bot. The AI onboarding tool at the bottom allows you to give your AI agent a name, role, or description to help the AI learn more about its purpose. You will have the option to tweak this more later if you choose.
Click 'Chatbot name'

7. Settings

Configure your Bot's opening message, and select how visitors can respond. The response options are free response (visitors can type what they'd like), AI agent (AI recommendation, which will be a different button with the AI star saying “Surprise me”), or button (where visitors must click a preset response).

You can continue to tweak your Bot's role and description under AI onboarding. Under AI objectives, select contact fields as objectives (i.e. name, email, phone number) that the AI should aim to capture.
